Therapy for Children, Teens, and Adults
Are you or your child struggling day to day?
Discover a new path forward with Therapy
Kierkegaard said life wasn't a problem to be solved but a reality to be experienced. We will always experience joys and pain, strength and sorrow, and a little support can go a long way. As a therapist, I am not here to solve life's problems for you, but I am here to support you and your family while you experience the hard parts of life. I'm here to listen to and validate your world and help you develop skills or tools to cope with the tough times.
Address Specific Concerns
I am passionate about helping my clients feel better in their daily lives. As a licensed professional counselor, I specialize in helping children and teens struggling with grief, trauma, self-esteem, depression, anxiety and those wanting to improve coping skills and ADHD management skills. I also help parents of all family types learn and practice new parenting skills, and build stronger connections with their children.
Why Therapy?
Therapy for your Unique Journey
Therapy is a personal journey, and my approach is centered entirely around you. I offer a secure, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore and define your therapeutic goals. Recognizing that each individual brings a distinct worldview, every session is uniquely crafted to meet your specific needs.
Together, we will uncover and practice the tools you need to truly flourish in your life. Depending on your current experiences, our sessions may integrate various modalities such as mindfulness, play therapy, expressive arts, or sandtray therapy, all delivered with a trauma-informed, person-centered perspective.

Individual Therapy
With individual therapy, I can help you acknowledge your emotions, feel more in control of your worries, and feel like yourself again. Individual therapy is perfect for teens or adults who just need some extra support in their days.
PLay Therapy
Play therapy is perfect for children and young teens who need some help managing their worlds. Play therapy can help kids build connections, develop resilience, and process their experiences.
Family Play Therapy
Also called Filial therapy, family play therapy helps families better connect with their young children. I can help you strengthen trust and connection, develop better behavior and behavior management skills, and help you feel happier in your family relationship.
